What are the default permissions per role?
Admin: everything. Accountant: read + export, no changes. Employee: create invoices/quotes only, no imports or subscription.
Can I create custom roles?
On Business: yes. Toggle permissions per role — e.g. "Sales: quotes only". 22 fine-grained permissions.
What does my accountant see?
All invoices, credit notes, VAT report, revenue dashboard, client list. Cannot edit, delete or open settings.
How does the audit log work?
Every change (invoice edited, client added, credit issued) is logged with user, date, IP and before/after. Searchable in settings.
Can an employee see my revenue?
By default no. Employee sees only their own invoices + all clients (without totals). Adjustable per role on Business.
