Frequently asked questions

Which frequencies can I choose?
Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly, from a start date of your choice. You can also set a maximum number of times; after that the schedule stops by itself.
Can my client pay online right away?
Yes, if you have connected Stripe. Then there is a payment link in the email and on the PDF, for iDEAL, credit card or Bancontact.
What if my price changes?
Edit the lines of the schedule. The next invoice uses the new amount; invoices already sent do not change.
How do I know an invoice was sent?
Every invoice appears under Invoices with the status Sent. If sending fails, you get an alert in Invoisio and, if you use the app, on your phone.
Which plan includes it?
Recurring invoices are included in Professional, Business and Enterprise. The number of schedules is unlimited; each invoice counts towards your monthly limit.
