Which languages are supported?
Dutch, English, German, Spanish — fully translated: portal, emails, invoices, reminders, client portal, public pages. French and Italian on the 2026 Q3 roadmap.
How does Invoisio know which language to use?
You set a default language per client. When creating an invoice, that language is used automatically — overridable at the last moment.
Can I add my own translation?
For email templates and invoice subjects yes — edit per language. Portal UI no (maintained by Invoisio).
Does it work with other currencies?
Yes. EUR, USD, GBP, CHF, NOK, SEK, DKK. Exchange rate fixed at invoice date (ECB).
What about VAT rules per country?
NL: 21/9/0%, DE: 19/7%, ES: 21/10/4%. EU B2B reverse charge automatic with valid VAT ID. Outside EU: 0% with correct text.
