Which languages are supported?
Dutch, English, German and Spanish. Your client sees the payment and quote page in your company language.
Can I choose a language per client?
Not yet. Your invoices, quotes and emails follow the language you set for your company.
Can I customise my email texts?
Yes. You can edit the subject and text of your invoice, quote and reminder emails. That is one version, in the language you write it in.
Which currency do I invoice in?
Invoisio invoices in euros.
What about VAT for clients abroad?
You choose the rate per line yourself. For a business client in the EU you set the line to 0% reverse charge; the invoice then says ‘VAT reverse charged’. Ask your accountant what applies to your situation.
